Police arrested an 18-year-old resident of Phase 3B1 on Tuesday, a day after he was booked for “misbehaviour” with a 14-year-old girl.

Gaurav had allegedly passed lewd remarks at a Class 9 student while she was returning home from tuition class. As she objected, he misbehaved with her.
