A 17-year-old boy accused of stealing a bicycle was arrested in barangay Pitalo, San Fernando town, southern Cebu.
Police said the boy was identified by Adelfa Alfanta, whose bicycle was stolen in barangay San Isidro last Wednesday.
Alfanta called the police after she spotted the boy talking with his alleged cohorts in an Internet shop past 9 p.m. last Thursday.
Police apprehended the boy but the two accomplices managed to escape.

Good thing it isn’t the 19th century or early 1900′s, and that stolen object wasn’t a horse. He’d be hanging by his neck, boy or not.
I have gotten many bikes and scooters stolen from my family so really this isn’t very suprising to me.
