Two boys, 13 and 15, misbehaved together

Syracuse police have accused two teenagers of stealing another boy’s bicycle.

The boys, 13 and 15 years old, were charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny. The 15-year-old also was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

The two boys were sent to the Hillbrook Detention Facility and will appear at a later date in Onondaga County Family Court.
